- This is the REAL Caribbean. No mass tourism, but small hideaways, hidden gems and natural places. We hop the best beaches, drink Caribbean cocktails in the local bars, see the animals, lush green hills.. it's the real authentic paradise. We come straight from the popular Saint Martin, to go back to basic. We rent a car from Basseterre and drive to Timothy Hill Overlook, the Narrows, Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor, Friars Bay, Frigate Bay, Brimstone Fortress National Park and the Black Rocks. We also sail to smaller Nevis for a relaxing reggae holiday.
Previously you saw us on Saint Martin, where we explored the most amazing beaches and cultural places. From there we also made day trips to nearby Anguilla and Saint Barth (St Barts). The airplanes fly close to the beaches, while the underwater world is full of life, as we snorkeled with sea turtles.
We are currently hopping all the islands from North to South and started in the Dominican Republic. We hopped over to Puerto Rico and after this episode, we visit Antigua, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Tobago and the Bahamas. Follow us on this Caribbean tour, now in Saint Kitts & Nevis and then many other beautiful destinations in the Caribbean Sea. Love this video. Very informative. I will traveling to St. Kitts in a week and I can’t wait. My great grandmother was born in Nevis and she immigrated to America in the early 1900s. It will be my first time traveling to the islands. I am a descendant of Ida Liburd.
