    कुछ नही हो सकता क्योंकि हमारे यहां दूध जैसी जरूरी चीज़ तक नक़ली है जब बचपन से दूध के नाम पर कैमिकल पियेंगे तो क्या होगा
    शायद ही कोई चीज़ होती होगी जिसमे मिलावट ना हो
    खेतों में भी केमिकल लोचा

    छोटे मुह बड़ी बात.. Dieticians and Doctors are not exactly accurate in Diabetic diet advice.. बहोत पुरानी घिसी-पिटी और अधूरी सलाह देते हैं.. I am 46 and ex diabetic patient for around 12 years.. I have almost reversed my diabetes.. My HBA1C consistently for last year and half is below 5.7..no gimmicks or shortcuts.. Lifestyle changes.. Measured diet and Weight training.. Good Luck 🙏

    Sabse main cheez aapne miss kardi.
    - Refined oil is the biggest contributor to diabetes.
    - Avoid simple carbs like too much potatoes, refined sugar, refined flour (maida).
    - Avoid fruit juices
    You should:-
    - Daily excercise,. minimum of 40 minutes of brisk walk daily or 5 times a week minimum.
    - Try fasting one day a week.
    - Eat complex carbs like Atta(chilka wala), daalein chilke wali, fruits, vegetables
    - Use desi pure ghee and milk based butter
    - Proper sleep minimum of 6 hours to 9 hours daily
    - Try ayurvedic sugar controllers like cinnamon (dalchini).

    लगभग दो ढ़ाई साल से शुगर से जूझ रहा हूं...😢 खराब दिनचर्या की वजह से मधुमेह रोगी बना...🥺 लगभग एक महीना पहले शुगर बादाम के बारे में सुना था कभी इस्तेमाल नहीं किया था इधर पंद्रह दिन से इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूं बहुत हद तक शुगर कंट्रोल हो गया है...🤗 बाकी सब कुछ थोडा थोडा खाता हूं चावल, चीनी, चाय सब कुछ फिलहाल कोई दिक्कत तो नही आ रही है, दवा भी बंद कर दिया है...😅 कुछ महीनो तक और इस्तेमाल करूंगा सब ठीक रहा तो जल्द ही विडियो बनाऊंगा।

    Eating in every 2hours is not healthy…why you want to release the insulin too frequently. Minimum 4hours of gap is needed.

    मेरा शुगर लेबल ४५२ हो गया था चार साल पहले दो महीना दबा खाया था ।अभी तक तो ठीक ही हूँ ।डॉक्टर बोला था ज़िन्दगी भर दबा खाना पड़ेगा लेकिन मई दबा मुक्त हो गया।

      when your sugar level is below 99 its normal and when it is between 100-125 it is call pre diabetic stage
