(Quake III Arena) Nightmare! Speedrun

My first attempt at a speedrun in any game. I thought Quake 3 would be a good place to start since it's a pretty short game and I have played it a lot before.
For a first run, I'm quite happy with it. Obviously there were maps where I was very slow but I actually didn't lose a single map, which was my goal. I'm surprised I managed to beat Xaero first try.
Also, if you see me randomly zooming in for a split second, that's just me accidentally pressing my right mouse button.
