I had Usyk winning rounds 1-3 and Fury winning rounds 4-7. We know what happened from 8-12. This guy needs glasses if he had Fury 6 rounds up after 6 rounds.
12th was Fury's. 3-7 were Fury's. Round 9 made the difference on my opinion
At the end of the 6th, I had it 4 rds to 2 for Fury, but I had it 5 to 7 in favor of Usyk at the end.
Same....1 to 3 were clearly Usyk and 4-7 were clearly Fury. Anyone not scoring it this way, should not be in boxing. It's clear and obvious, just look at punch stats too. So clear and obvious. This fight had two close rounds (I scored them 10-10) and every other round was clear cut and obvious

He's not only wrong about the first few rounds of the fight, which clearly went Usyk's way, but he also contradicts himself. If Tyson had really won the first 6 rounds, when going into the 11th, he would still have been a point ahead, when taking the knockdown into account. That means Tyson would only have needed one round out of the last two to win the fight. (It goes without saying that my personal scoring was very different - I had Usyk ahead on points *before* the knockdown, though I could see it 4-4 after the 8th, some rounds being close.)
He watched the fight live, from the bleachers or behind blinders it seams. Usyk held the centre and chased Fury. Compustats clearly show Usyk winning the 2 first rounds with body shots. Its only from r3 Tyson has any success and he was strong in the middle rounds. But Usyk pulled away, he stayed aggressive and pushed the fight. There's also an incident, long before the standing count. Where the Ref is holding Usyk back and block him from following up the attack in r9. By doing that the Ref sent a strong signal, indicating he considered stopping the fight. Usyk was robbed of a KO no doubt.

So Fury and his team have got to comfortable with the decision in Fury's favour, only this time it didn't. Why must the decision always go in Fury's favour when fights are close, is it because he's more famous on social platforms ?

I think compustats should be made redundant. You could win a round and land one more punch than your opponent. In the same breath, you could lose a round by 50 punches but you've still only lost a round. Both rounds are still generally 10-9.

This guy is clearly biased to Fury. Usyk won the first 3 rounds and won rounds 8-11 on many peoples scorecards. Fury won rounds 4-7 and I gave Fury the 12th round. There weren’t any other clear rounds for Fury. There were some close rounds but no clear ones.
Yes. Usyk definitely won the First 3. If anyone plays it back in slow motion they will see that Usyk landed more clean punches than Fury in rounds 1, 2 and 3.

Seems like the people who watched it live in Saudi had Fury winning the early rounds but on tv you had different angles and could see that Usyk was winning the rounds cleary

Usyk always does that have a bit of a rest around 6/7 accepts he’ll lose a couple let’s his opponent punch themselves out a bit then gets a small breather himself and comes back stronger down the stretch. It also produces an exciting fight which is why he always says it will be a beautiful display of boxing when asked how it will go. He’ll take the KO if he can but aims to win most rounds instead of headhunting.

I watched the fight again last night and I think he is spot on, Fury didn’t take any meaningful shots until round 7 or 8. It was very very close and those claiming Fury was outboxed have never watched a lot of boxing, he wasn’t at all.
That said Usyk seemed to up the tempo in round 7 and that is when the tide turned.

This guy was partly correct but absolutely and completely wrong when he said Fury won the first few rounds - He barely landed a single punch in the first three rounds!!
He's talking out of his arse by saying Usyk didn't win any of the earlier rounds. I watched the fight again today and Usyk bossed most of the earlier rounds. Fury won a few rounds but Usyk won by quite a wide margin, it was never a split decision. Most of Fury's punches either missed or hit Usyk's gloves, and Fury was blowing out of his arse for half the fight because Usyk wore him out.
Fury was sooo lucky he didn't get stopped he wouldn't of been able to come back from that 9th round it was so embarrassing ( mentally he still might not )

There is no way on earth I’m buying that Fury took it easy in the last few rounds because he was told he was winning the fight. He’s a professional boxer and wouldn’t take that risk. And I generously gave round 12 to Fury.
The fight should have been stopped with a TKO in the 9th. These journalists, including Colin Hart, are overlooking the fact that Fury sustained excessive punishment and collapsed into the ropes on three separate occasions before finally slumping in the corner.
Championship fights have been stopped for far less punishment than what Fury sustained in round 9. The referee got that badly wrong.

The way I saw the fight was quite possibly a 6/6 Usyk wins with the knockdown. Then I watched a few vids of the fight slowed down and I was proven wrong. It's an 8/4 in favour of Usyk. I can't argue with facts.

Even if Tyson wins in the rematch, he wouldn't be among the greatest of the time! He has been a pro boxer for a long time, but he has been procrastinating and avoiding fights almost for the past 10 years (and certainly after Wilder's 3rd match), except the 3 matches with Wilder and because he was sure he can get a win over! Chisora, Whyte and Ngannou were all waste of time. If he comes back and wins Usyk twice, then defeats Joshua, then maybe! At the end of the day he did this to himself, not anybody else.

Lennox got beat by some really poor boxers! Fury 1 loss, when past his best to what everyone is now saying is an all time great! Ridiculous. It’s all opinions. Mine, Fury at his best (2020, in my opinion) the best and either way up there with the all time greats. Usyk is a great boxer but would have to have a lot more fights at heavyweight (taking the one punch can change everything gamble that all at that weight do) to be considered, even though he just beat Fury. The rematch will be interesting.

Ropes " holding up" is an 1D10T1C rule ..Fighters get hit while on the ropes regularly & normally, sometimes use it to lean ,how would the ref determine if that's what's happening, ? gives too much room for refs to cheat too and make it either way for whom they favor/like /dislike....They better revise that...If you're too lean to stand and need a rope and dint go to ground for a count then u should be allowed to be either kod or fight stopped ✋️. The middle ground grey area is too problematic EVIDENTLY as we can SEE HERE !!
