I use pinnacle studio ultimate, and that's a good and fairly cheap prog, but maybe it's not enough for your sort of high-end editing, I dunno. It would have been nice to get some more general oversight on the drones used on the front, at the start of your vid (after your ad), but maybe you didn't have enough time. It's unbelievable but Polish general Leon Komornicki said exactly the same as this Russian soldier! The Polish general said that Russia deliberately let the mercenary army into its territory in order to tie the fight in a limited area the best Ukrainian units in order to destroy them later, which allows the Russian army to conduct a successful offensive on other directions of the front! The Polish general said that this is a typical Russian tactic used for centuries!!! This is not a phenomenon.

The border was genuinely lacking in troops, and they never thought the Ukrainians were that dumb. the good thing is when it happened, they did make the best decision at the right time, they didn't panick. they used drones (orion and forpost) and helos to take out the steam from the offensive by cutting supply lines while they trickled in the rotating troops from other areas while new units came in from training camps. they didn't panick, they traded some territory for time while they build a new complete front.

I think he's merely indicating that many soldiers wouldn't be happy with a mere cease-fire (freeze) at this point. Two reasons he gives is a feeling of adrenaline and a feeling of revenge for the fallen comrades. This is an emotional reason, not the best advisor for one's actions. such reasons make no sense and should be disregarded by the brass - and certainly by Putin. However, there is also a rational reason not to agree to a cease-fire: Russia is currently winning, and has the benefit of keeping the pressure on the front going. A cease-fire now, would mean they lose that initiative, and it would allow to Ukraine to re-arm and reposition all there soldiers and have time to make far better additional defenses. This is clearly not in the best interest of Russia. Thus, I think if they want a cease-fire, some preliminary agreement on an actual peace-treaty will have to be made as a pre-condition for it.

For me, the most power image from this video that plainly shows the sheer brutality of war was the troop carrier that was already disabled and yet a drone went directly into the backside to "finish off" the soldiers. Keep in mind he is talking about a freeze in the conflict (to let NATO rearm Ukraine and be right back here in 5, 10, 15, 20, years, etc). No one is going to accept that in Russia, everyone in the Kremlin has signaled that very clearly at this point. Even Putin, who was still on the moderate side of Russian politics in regards to a rapprochement with the West has shifted his narrative since Kursk. Turkey 2.0 might even deny Ukraine any future membership in the EU (as it shifts from an economical union to a military one). We talk too much in the West about Russia's objectives, and Russia's redlines, and what we need to do to stop this and force that but it's simple, listen to Russia for once. The objectives of what they call the Special Military Operation are clear, the redlines are clear. They're headed towards not only winning the war but achieving victory and why the hell would they stop now just because Trump says so? Sanctions, capped oil prices, "isolating" Russia, it's all failed and actually destroyed Europe, so yeah, where's the leverage? And to think it could have all ended in Istanbul after a few months, or years ago respecting Minsk, or even further back, taking Russia's legitimate security concerns seriously. It's very sad.

The Ukrainian regime has handled everything very badly, there are videos of Ukrainians reporting being used without respect by officers who don't care about them, trained in the West where they have antiquated methods not at all suitable for this war, made by people who fought in the desert, with a completely different environment and enemies. Now they are short of soldiers, people are fleeing abroad and do not want to enlist in a war that they know was provoked and wanted from overseas, so the regime uses the police and the TCC to kidnap citizens on the street to send them to the front without training. The Russians instead enlist voluntarily because they are paid very well and after the invasion of Kursk there was a boom in volunteers who want to defend their country. This also makes the difference, on the one hand they are tired, unmotivated and do not believe in the regime that serves the interests of foreigners, the Russians on the other hand are motivated and now they are advancing relentlessly much faster. They could have made peace in 2022, but the West pushed the Ukrainians to continue the war they could never win, used once again by the West for power games and economic interests

Russia is pathetic. They only survived WW2 due to British and American support, yet still took 2-1 casualties. The got humiliated by the west in 1856, then Japan in 1905, then Germany in 1917, then Finland in 1940 (with 5-1 casualties). They only win wars because of manpower and western support (or stolen western technology since 1945). It will be a hard lesson when they realize having a bunch of morons who can post "Russia is Great!" online doesn't actually do anything to improve the quality of their industry, equipment or military tactics.

Allow me to doubt about the video games abilities of kids. Currently there is no full scale electronic warfare deployed, so we see the drones remotely (wireless or by wire, i.e. glassfiber) operated and achieving some goals (we don't know much about the actual losses due to drone action). I can assure you that in a full scale war, the ones that will be fighting on the field, will be the winners, Easterners or Westerners. On the drones, will be go in the next months completely autonomous due to embedded NPU (AI) with a very special personnel coordinating the required configuration of the deployment. After the war, these drones will be our cops, with whatever this means for our society.

It's unbelievable but Polish general Leon Komornicki said exactly the same as this Russian soldier! The Polish general said that Russia deliberately let the mercenary army into its territory in order to tie the fight in a limited area the best Ukrainian units in order to destroy them later, which allows the Russian army to conduct a successful offensive on other directions of the front! The Polish general said that this is a typical Russian tactic used for centuries!!! This is not a phenomenon.

I think he's merely indicating that many soldiers wouldn't be happy with a mere cease-fire (freeze) at this point. Two reasons he gives is a feeling of adrenaline and a feeling of revenge for the fallen comrades. This is an emotional reason, not the best advisor for one's actions. such reasons make no sense and should be disregarded by the brass - and certainly by Putin.
However, there is also a rational reason not to agree to a cease-fire: Russia is currently winning, and has the benefit of keeping the pressure on the front going. A cease-fire now, would mean they lose that initiative, and it would allow to Ukraine to re-arm and reposition all there soldiers and have time to make far better additional defenses. This is clearly not in the best interest of Russia.
Thus, I think if they want a cease-fire, some preliminary agreement on an actual peace-treaty will have to be made as a pre-condition for it.

NATO armour, instructors, mercenaries, equipment, machinery, intelligence, digital, economic and PR support in this war. Without this Ukraine would have ended in 2023.. Even Putin, who was still on the moderate side of Russian politics in regards to a rapprochement with the West has shifted his narrative since Kursk. Turkey 2.0 might even deny Ukraine any future membership in the EU (as it shifts from an economical union to a military one).
We talk too much in the West about Russia's objectives, and Russia's redlines, and what we need to do to stop this and force that but it's simple, listen to Russia for once. The objectives of what they call the Special Military Operation are clear, the redlines are clear. They're headed towards not only winning the war but achieving victory and why the hell would they stop now just because Trump says so? Sanctions, capped oil prices, "isolating" Russia, it's all failed and actually destroyed Europe, so yeah, where's the leverage?
And to think it could have all ended in Istanbul after a few months, or years ago respecting Minsk, or even further back, taking Russia's legitimate security concerns seriously. It's very sad.
Can you clarify how is Europe destroyed? Russian rouble keeps going down, interest rate 21 percent, official inflation rate close to 10 percent, stock market at rock bottom, Gazprom suffering losses last 2 years(first time in more than 20 years). Yet Europe somehow destroyed and sanctions did not work?
can you point to where Russias redlines have been clear? Because from my perspective the west has broken every single one without consequence. Just reads like you read the Russian narrative, and decided to parrot it to a T but act like you’re somehow neutral
this is not exactly like that, it feels like there are some redlines but how far it can go? the us is just trying to find this line(its obvious that its nuclear but still) so every slap you make to Russia you are testing their patience. The best gain out of this conflict has been made by china, India and turkey. The US could gain a lot but they could lose their reputation, right now its about how to make win win situation for the US and Russia. The losing side is Ukraine, whatever they do it will not matter, If they choose to continue war they have to lower the age of mobilization, If they choose a peace deal they have to pay all their debts and credits to the west countries ( i can hardly imagine it, no one will give free money anymore). The most fatal mistake has been done by the US is arresting Russia's assets and using them as a compensation. The other countries realized it, so from now on everyone buying gold not US obligations.

I've been hearing these "numbers" that you're writing time and time again (often much worse) since the day 1 of the start of the SMO. Since then I've watched countless video material about life in Russia "under sanctions" showing prices of pretty much everything left and right, and aside from some western brands not being available for a time (many eventually returned), no drop in purchasing power happened.
On the other hand in Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic etc the situation is like this: the politicians keep repeating how the things have never been better (sometimes throw some numbers), but ordinary people without exception say that since the politicians decided to self-impose the energy sanctions the expenses grew higher.

It's not super cheap. It adds a whole computer. And it can be fooled easier than a human by images and camo. Dragging a little wire around is as cheap as it gets

The Ukrainian regime has handled everything very badly, there are videos of Ukrainians reporting being used without respect by officers who don't care about them, trained in the West where they have antiquated methods not at all suitable for this war, made by people who fought in the desert, with a completely different environment and enemies. Now they are short of soldiers, people are fleeing abroad and do not want to enlist in a war that they know was provoked and wanted from overseas, so the regime uses the police and the TCC to kidnap citizens on the street to send them to the front without training. The Russians instead enlist voluntarily because they are paid very well and after the invasion of Kursk there was a boom in volunteers who want to defend their country. This also makes the difference, on the one hand they are tired, unmotivated and do not believe in the regime that serves the interests of foreigners, the Russians on the other hand are motivated and now they are advancing relentlessly much faster. They could have made peace in 2022, but the West pushed the Ukrainians to continue the war they could never win, used once again by the West for power games and economic interests

Russia is pathetic. They only survived WW2 due to British and American support, yet still took 2-1 casualties. The got humiliated by the west in 1856, then Japan in 1905, then Germany in 1917, then Finland in 1940 (with 5-1 casualties). They only win wars because of manpower and western support (or stolen western technology since 1945). It will be a hard lesson when they realize having a bunch of morons who can post "Russia is Great!" online doesn't actually do anything to improve the quality of their industry, equipment or military tactics.

Although Elon Musk showed very good results on accuracy of landing rockets on platform, but Russians had the same results back in 1980s, when developed "Buran" spaceship with AI and automatic landing

I'm also glad you reduced the number of standard transitional effects. I mean, they're not bad and some use is good, but those standard effects become stale pretty fast. Btw, I never asked you (or maybe I did and forgot); what do you use for editing? I use pinnacle studio ultimate, and that's a good and fairly cheap prog, but maybe it's not enough for your sort of high-end editing, I dunno.
It would have been nice to get some more general oversight on the drones used on the front, at the start of your vid (after your ad), but maybe you didn't have enough time. Allow me to doubt about the video games abilities of kids. Currently there is no full scale electronic warfare deployed, so we see the drones remotely (wireless or by wire, i.e. glassfiber) operated and achieving some goals (we don't know much about the actual losses due to drone action). I can assure you that in a full scale war, the ones that will be fighting on the field, will be the winners, Easterners or Westerners. On the drones, will be go in the next months completely autonomous due to embedded NPU (AI) with a very special personnel coordinating the required configuration of the deployment. After the war, these drones will be our cops, with whatever this means for our society.
