Absolutely cheesed off with comments:"Pakistani youth has not got the fire"
The issue is with the manufacturing plant not the end result.
As for Pakistani youth Nadeem Arshad is your answer.

Whatever has the civil service Pakistan been doing since it adopted neocolonialism is to strictly maintain the status quo of the socioeconomic hierarchy & enrich itself at public taxpayer expense.
Its basically a club of self entitled officials.
    Pakistan never truly achieved independence.
    It celebrates a farce,not a reality every 14th August.
Its administrators were basically replacement for the Imperial Crown & that model has not been dismantled & made fit for purpose.
Its was never designed for public interest or service but to enrich the local tax collectors for the Anglo-American empire for which it earns itself a handsome commission.
That most of Pakistans GDP goes into debt servicing is no accident.
Developing a public welfare state that prioritises fundamental quality public services in healthcare, education, housing, transport, justice & an environment which fosters entrepreneurship & innovation is an anathema to the kleptocratic Establishment that feel so special to be the favored anointed of the West
They want to keep up the tradition of spending public money on their perks & privileges & on advancing their own private corporate interests.
Genuine reform can only occur when there is altruistic leadership & a team dedicated to human development of the masses.
