How much is a save to use for this elderberry elixer and tincture/tea and for how long? I have made a tincture (wormwood flowers and leaves in vodka) a few years ago. Thanks

We purchased Elderberry Syrup kits on Amazon. Each kit (elderberry and cinnamon) was pre-measured. The package says 100 g in net weight
