I agree. I did a recent trip which hit Carriwinds, Dollywood, Kings Dominion all for the first time and we ended with BG for Pantheon and cause we haven't been there since before verbolten so yah lol... I thought Fury was going to easily be THE stand out coaster of the trip but I was wrong... When I got off Pantheon (later in the day... I wasn't as impressed early on) I was like... Holy shit this might be the best coaster on this trip. That said after a month of processing I've concluded i305 was m favorite and now my #1 but Pantheon is a close 2nd.
Awesome! Got to ride it myself for the first time yesterday. Definitely felt the speed/force of the 5 Roman gods sitting in the back row. Go roller coasters! Go East Coasters!🎢
@East Coasters I saw your instagram story last weekend I think mentioning that you might go on Friday and I responded that I was going on Saturday with my little family (yesterday). My husband and I had to take turns to ride it since our children couldn't. When I got on the ride in the last row, I found it funny about the handle bars feeling a little sweaty and slippery and I think I probably added to that myself lol People really gripping on for dear life on Pantheon😂 All in good fun though!😊
I have yet to ride it, but this ride feels like it’s unfinished to an extent. Like I’m sure it’s a lot of fun to ride, but each section just feels so incongruous with the last and it feels like the area that the ride occupies has so much unused space that could’ve been used to more fluidly transition between sections. Or even just filling up the area with more theming would be enough to make it feel complete
I thought it would be too. It is actually one of my favorite coasters ever. The themeing is nil, the line bakes you in the sun. The story makes zero sense. And it’s fantastic. Don’t know why
theming was supposed to take up a lot of the empty space and the 350ft element was supposed to be across the river. James county wouldn't let them build over the water so it got scrapped.
Its very short, and it certainly isnt a monster in height, but for anyone like me who until this, had never been on a coaster with inversions using lap bar atyle restraints, this simple tophat coaster is always a good ride, recommend riding it at night if you can.
Around the 1:03 mark it looks like you could totally start hitting poles if you have your arms up. Look at the person doing it mid left. It gave me such anxiety.
i had my arms up the entire time, u cannot ride the ride unless ur between 5 feet tall and 6 foot 4. gotta be somewhere in the middle or u cant ride it, so i think they calculated it. craziest ride of my life, ur so busy screaming trying not to die and also enjoying the insane adrenaline rush u dont even realize poles are anywhere near u
Nothing I’m life could have prepared me for this everything I’ve heard about this coaster has been understated imo cause I was shook to my core

@@AaronFacciolini Haven’t been to KD yet but i305 looks so good
@@AaronFacciolini fury better
Busch Gardens really went all out on the themeing lol
This damn coaster had me shook when I got off. The takeoff is crazy
Best coaster ever.
Looks like a great ride, but man the lack of effort put into the station, queue, and theming is just unacceptable.

Remember this ride was actually supposed to two rides in 1. Plans were changed and boom. This
@@EastCoasters that makes a lot more sense. I’m glad they were able to come up with something interesting at least

I can’t believe I rode this shit, at night time at that. I had no idea what I was in for
amazing quality pov my man!
It does feel that even during the ride. But with its very unique pace it’s a good ride. Would’ve been way better with in depth theming
Love a good launch on a coaster! Especially when there's multiple! 👍🤘
This one is too short but the one at universal is very good

Good example for no theming = boring coaster. I rode all new gen intamin launch coaster, this is the sadest one.
Toutatis : Hold my good theming
