Bottom line, 300 secured has not graduated, not even offered to add more money after 2 years 3 months, declined with hard pull at 12 and 24 months, only negative is inquiries, 2 percent utilization, average age 2years, 776 score. Closing this one tomorrow.
I wish I knew this before applying. They approved me for 10K for their platinum 12% APR after many hurdles with customer service. It’s been 3 three weeks & I have not received the card. I called & I was told to call a different number to report the card lost (a card that I never received). I called the following day & the card department system is down. Not to mention, their customer service is absolute trash.

Great question. Basically you get the loan and you pay 70% - 80% off right away... you do this on a shared secured loan where the interest is very low and minimal ... then on your credit report you have an installment reporting for year that is 70-90% off so your score skyrockets! For example lets use 1k for example i know the amount is small but you get that loan and pay 800-900 off and then you only owe $100 that you pay over a period of time! Uh...just heard back from NIH....sent in all requested documents and...."could'nt verify my identity". I called and they could'nt tell me why I was denied or what I can do to get the decision overturned. Said they'll send me a paper application. WTF!?

How long after I join should I wait to apply for loans and credit cards? I usually open a checking and savings account then apply for credit builder products and then shoot for credit cards after about six to eight months of becoming a member. What are your thoughts?

They sent me a 4506 t form to full out in order to get a credit card 💳 and their personal credit line. They needed to verify income with my income tax. Long story, but to cut it short got approved with a low limit on both. Very low.
