Knowing about the taking it with fatty foods is very important I believe. Also the fact that I can continue to use Tumeric and Ginger is very good to know. I am using a Keto diet which controls my blood sugar and is anti inflammatory, I think this will fit right in nicely.

I gave this to my mom to help when she was dying from brain cancer. My understanding is it works very similiarly to a steroid. Can you tell me if frankincense works just as well as boswellia serrata?

I sent her MRIs to Duke, MD Anderson and the Hoag Institute. We gave her that and cannabis which is not available to everyone. I have degrees in nuclear engineering and chemistry so I had a better understanding of what was going on but still let her be tortured by the standard of care prescribed by the physicians. Anytime you hear someone say standard of care they really do not care about your loved one.

Try going vegan for a couple months and see if that helps with heavy menstruation. It helped me a lot, plus I'm no longer anemic and now my period lasts 2 or 3 days vs heavy and 6 days before

This stuff is powerful. It works. Though if you have any reflux issues I’d start on a small dose.

I use the liquid extract and mix it 3% with DMSO for knees and fingers. The DMSO is the carrier.

No supplements should be taken with thyroid meds. Wait at least 1 hour after taking thyroid meds. 4 hours for certain other herbs like iron.
