      Yes I would not wish that on anyone and still traumatized from the fracture. It was so painful!

    WOW!! broke damn that looks so painful. Oh god I know how you feel about being trapped in your body it's like a claustrophobia. I had that feeling when I had a major back surgery. Did it snap because the cancer weakened your bones?

    • @NhiTranLee
      @NhiTranLee  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yes! It was very painful and broke because the cancer weakened my bones. Back surgery is one of the most painful surgeries so I’m sure it was not easy for you to get through. And yeah it was like claustrophobia and you just feel so helpless.

    I am also a doctor (radiology) and have read so much about carnivore diet to "starve off" cancer cells since they run on mostly glucose not fatty acids like we do when in ketosis. Have you tried this or read about it? Thoughts?

      Hi, yes I actually did try the carnivore diet for 30 days. I watched everything on YT I could find about the diet including some cases of patients with colon CA and GBM that used the diet and got into remission. There are not many people that use it for cancer. I must say that I added some fruit at the end so it was not a pure carnivore diet but even during strict carnivore (I hate mostly organic ribeye steaks and eggs), my hair was falling out, nails brittle, lost a lot of weight, getting muscle spasms and after that the tumors in my femurs grew and I had to get surgery. I went back to whole foods plant based with juicing and it works a lot better for me. I did a nutrition genome test prior and looked at that and realized I have to limit my saturated fats so it makes sense. Carnivore certainly helps a lot of people though.
