Disclaimer: i haven’t read the warriors books at all so i was entirely unaware of the in depth relationship betweet squirrelflight, brambleclaw, and leafpool. i’m really sorry if this map upset anyone as it wasnt my intention!

This is an interesting idea! Back when I was like... 13 I wrote a crappy fanfic of where Brambleclaw fell for LEAFPOOL and then Squirrelflight flipped her lid, so this is like "oh my gosh, did I predict this thing?"

When I was watching this all I was thinking of was the distracted boyfriend meme with Squirrelflight , Bramblestar , and Leafpool

Remember how Squilf only took the kits cuz she thought she was barren, and it was her only chance to be a mother? Imagine how that lines up for this AU. She finds out she’s barren, and thus can’t have Brambleclaw’s kits- and in Warriors, kits are a more important asset of being mates than anything. She could have taken in the kits to keep Brambleclaw for herself, instead of worrying how she’ll never be a mother. Even her biggest decision could easily be manipulative in the end.
This map is great and really deserves more attention! This is what I got from the map, please correct me if I’m wrong!
Squirrelflight likes Brambleclaw and he likes her back, but she begins to notice he’s beginning to like Leafpool. She’s angry with him so she begins to see Ashfur, who also begins to fall for Leafpool. Squirrelflight is furious with jealousy. Squirrelflight takes in Hollykit, Jaykit, and Lionkit after they’re born, thinking Brambleclaw will love her more if they had kits. She quickly learns he still likes Brambleclaw. She is once more angry and Hawkfrost uses this anger and manipulates her to kill Leafpool. I’m still confused about the fact Hawkfrost is still alive..? Or was it his DF spirit that convinced her to kill Leafpool? Squirrelflight is there for Brambleclaw now that Leafpool is dead. Then Squirelflight tells Hollyleaf she killed Leafpool. Hollyleaf attacks Squirrelflight and kills her, sending her to the DF
Hawk is still alive because he never manipulated/used Ash or Bramble (hence Squirrel trusting him in this AU, unlike canon) That's why Squirrel killed Leaf using the fox trap!
WAIT! I'm sorry but what does DF and AU mean? Lol

I lowkey thought this would be a Crowfeather x Squrrielflight map but I was pleasantly surprised with that plot twist! Amazing work, everyone! Clear storytelling, and evident emotion!
okay so, a lot of theories in the comments, i was here waiting for the map so i'll explain the storyline based off of the instructions for the map parts she had in the casting!

** in the first bit, squirrelflight notices brambleclaw looking at leafpool, telling her to stay away from her and so on
in the bit with ashfur, she mistakingly thinks that ashfur is interested in leafpool, breaking things off
then squirrelflight is basically saying brambleclaw must be loyal to her if they are to be together, and after this brambleclaw shows genuine signs of interest in leafpool, and squirrelflight is really upset and knows she was right all along
hawkfrost manipulates squirrelflight into killing leafpool
squirrelflight is happy that brambleclaw is now his, their relationship becoming good after this, both being happy
squirrelflight tells hollyleaf she killed leafpool, hollyleaf is very upset and pins her down, killing her, while squirrelflight is confused
leafpool is upset, hurt, and angry by squirrelflight from starclan
brambleclaw finds squirrelflights corpse and mourns **

..and that's it! hope that cleared up some misconceptions in the comments. still a few plotholes, but i'm just using the details that were given for each part.
(also, hawkfrost was alive when he manipulated her, squirrelflight basically took the position of ashfur in a lot of these situations)
So did Brambleclaw or the clan end up finding out? Or do they all believe that she’s innocent?

This song is one of the many they played at the circus, entertaining folks with the fact they could never do this.
Ok I’m a huge squirrelflight fan and even I love this it was put together using similar events from the books and flipping them to mach your story!

It's a AU where Squirrelflight is evil and Brambleclaw is crushing, including Ashfur, on Leafpool. Squirrelflight gets jealous of her sister and kills her. Thunderclan is mourning. Hollyleaf finds out and kills Squirrelflight after she reveals she's Leafpool's killer.

it is said that even though a cat has murdered another cat. when they die, if they have truly regretted what they have done, they go to starclan (such as ashfur, yellowfang) so realistically, squirrelflight could've gone to starclan :>

The part where her eyes turn black as she gets rejected by Starclan is really well done and actually got to me.
The way seeing this reignited an AU in my head is amazing and frustrating cuz now I have to write it down or it will bug me to no end

Firestar kinda ignores her so when she's out in the woods,hawkclaw comes to her. He tells her that she'll be really powerful if she kills firestars and spottedleafs daughter,squirrelflight. So she does but then kills hawkclaw as well. She goes onto becoming leader then dying of old age,killing many unamed cats in the dark forest

Here’s what I think the story may be- please correct me if I get anything wrong! 💖💖💖
Squirrelflight falls in love Brambleclaw, but she notices him occasionally glancing at Leafpool. She becomes bitter and angry and one day while walking in the forest she sees Hawkfrost. They talk and he convinces her that the best course of action is to murder Leafpool in the fox trap. Leafpool is found dead and every cat in thunderclan is shocked. Squirrelflight is delighted now that her sister is dead, and she and Brambleclaw become mates. (I don’t know if the three are actually Squirrelflights kits in this AU- I’d assume so since Hollyleaf got so upset when she discovered the truth behind Leafpool murder.) Squirrelflight is walking in the woods with Hollyleaf and admits the truth, and Hollyleaf is horrified. Squirrelflight is confused by Hollyleafs disbelief and doesn’t realize what’s happening until Hollyleafs claws have ripped across her throat. She dies and goes to the Dark Forest, Leafpool sadly watching from Starclan.
