@paperprime7481 I mean I trust James Gunn and I am extremely excited for the DCU , I just don't necessarily think that for the first theatrical DCU film that I want Superman fighting Ultraman . It almost weirdly feels repetitive of him fighting a Zod like character. I would have simply preferred if it's something we haven't seen done before, maybe a villain like parasite
I think Supe would be fighting a lot many characters in the movie.
He would be fighting Terrific, Hawkgirl, Green Lantern becuz of being a rookie (my theory) and being a threat to ARGUS
Fighting Engineer and Metamorpho
And then another Zod-like Ultraman.
But Gunn confirmed Main villain is Lex. So...
I don't know what to believe now.

While I can understand Gunns view, this is the same guy that made it look like GOTG were going to die in the trailer only for the opposite to happen
It's funny how times have changed. In my days it was about entertainment, and I got Star Wars and Superman. Now if the outfit is wrong it gets hated before it comes out.

Imagine never hearing anything about a movie you REALLY want to see, and then boom, the trailer drops and gives your imagination something to chew. Then you watch said movie and base your OWN opinion off of what YOUR experience was. It could all be so simple.

James Gunn has a very hard job. He was given DC movies at a time when most people hate DC movies. Sometimes, I question his decisions, but after giving them some thoughts. I get why he does everything in this manner.
But he says this and made a false trailer for GOTG 3 that wasn't like the movie

I have been a DC fan for a long long time. I am not hurt by any of the new films (after the justice league films).Not surprised by the choices made but certainly not hurt.

I think, as much as I dislike this whole situation, that they should pull a prank on everyone, and make a fake coloured suit. I can be exactly the right design, but every colour changed, some greens and pinks and other odd choices. They can fix any of that in post-production. They should play it straight and let the scoopers have a field day.
This is the same as saying that Lex Luthor is the main villain of BvS, which he was but he still created Doomsday

This is similar to when WB forced Doomsday to be shown in a trailer. That should have been a revelation experience while watching the movie...

I would like red krptonite and make Superman turn bad then he controls the World a Rated R version like Deadpool and just like Superman 2 with Christopher Reeve where he spilts to fight his self? That was such ahead of its time movie back then i didn't dig the robot chic but it was different

Please cover more DC movie and TV news other than just Superman. I love your series, but would like to be updated on DC Studios as a whole. You haven’t talked about the Supergirl director yet, that’s something.
Let's face it the studio wants a rehash or redux of the reeve superman movies in particular part 3 and quest for peace
Thanks for another great video. I don’t see coming around to these movies. I m not a comic book guy. Don’t enjoy any of Gunn’s movies so far. I think the d*ck and potty humor is easy lazy and therefore not really that funny ( usually).

I'm all for this entire reboot, but if DC follows any trend from the M-She-U, I'm out for good. I'll just stick with animated series if Gunn fu*ks this up...

If Gunn didn't talk so much on social media, he wouldn't have to worry about scoopers spoiling his Superman film. This is why he shouldn't be a studio executive in the first place and I refuse to support his DCU 👎

Hate to tell you this but Kevin Feige doesn't acknowledge scoopers at all yet they know a hell of a lot more about the MCU than they do the DCU. The entire plot of Ant-Man 3 was leaked to the point where they had to change the ending and take legal action. Whether you acknowledge scoopers or not doesn't determine if there'll be scoops that spoil things or not.
If you're gonna be a hater then at least do it for reasons that make sense instead of grasping at straws
@@Herkules16 Even if the plot does leak, Gunn still shouldn't acknowledge scoopers because that only makes the problem worse. If he's gonna be a studio executive, then he needs to act like it.. Also, there's a lot reasons as to why I refuse to support Gunn's DCU. I only mentioned one of them. You're just hating because I don't agree with you.
@@jasonnicholson4488 again you're missing the point because acknowledging them doesn't make it better or worse, if anything it makes it better because it discourages them from even talking about the DCU cause every time they do their credibility takes a big hit and it manages expectations for those fans who are more gullible.
And I have no problem with someone who has good reasons to not support the DCU but you clearly are not one of them and as such are not worth engaging with any further. I hope you have a good day and come 2025 have become less bitter and more open minded
