I left mine in the fruit bowl for like 5 days and some of the skin is just peeling off so I figured it had gone bad, but I decided to look it up first.... I'm glad I did because I was about to toss them. I also subscribed and left a like!

I went to check the channel before subscribing because a lot of “health” channels promote terrible habits and the first thing I see is a video saying fasting often is bad. Thank you for finally speaking the truth! Subscribed

Awwwwwwww!!!!! Zzz23... you have just made my day. THANK YOU!!!
I have made a couple of videos on fasting lately. I have professional and personal experience. With all of that, plus my previous mistakes 🤦‍♀️, I have been trying to bring in some common sense.
      Thank you for recognising. 🙏

Hi Zane! Nope, that's RIPE. That's when it is the sweetest and easiest to digest. :) Of course, when it really passes the point of being just ripe and becomes overripe, it is not good anymore. You know this when the meat inside get spoiled. These "spoiled" looking skins mean nothing if the meat inside is good. :)
