I bought their jacket and they are a scam, they say that under 40 degrees Fahrenheit or 10 Celsius its extreme weather? so for feel some warm you will need to put a coat over their jacket, to work? that jacket is useless and expensive. I bought one and it's expensive and doesn't works well. don't waste your money, keep far away from any flexwarm product. and they aren't responding well to any refund or change for the correct size at least.
