Getting really close to starting a swap of my own with this motor. I am trying to figure out if I can just source an engine and a few parts or if it's better to find a whole car. By they time you where done what all was needed to get this to run? Can an aftermarket ecu run it? Like what the 2.3l guys do?
Aftermarket ECU is probably the way. I'm currently trying to put a thinned down custom look and modified software OEM ECU in and it's causing big headaches. So aftermarket ECU or complete loom/car. 👍🐷

@@PiggyPower is there an aftermarket option that you recomend? I plan on keeping mine manual.
@@xavierbrock8350 this one is manual too. It's quite limited aftermarket as the engine is direct injection, even Haltech don't do direct injection yet
