If you don't want to invest in a mic, you could also try placing the phone above you. One of the reasons why the guitar is louder is because it's closer to the mic. If you position it so your mouth is in between the mic and the guitar, that may make you louder. Great job playing.
A mic might be a good investment if you love music: between dynamic & condenser mics, the latter may be more expensive but for female vocals could pick up higher notes in great detail. Maybe post your lyrics too.
