After 12 years of Pilates teaching, I did a BASI pro bridge and discovered the block system: Whaooooo! what a revelation! It is fabulous to be able to build a course for 1 person or 10 respecting the physiology with a complete body work.
Rael did a tremendous job with remarkable precision for every exercise, every apparatus and all without departing from the principles and spirit of J. Pilates' method.
BASI has become for me THE reference of contemporary Pilates; Nothing is done randomly, all changes from the original exercises make sense and bring better training.
Rael Isacowitz must be the son of Joseph Pilates ;-)
As I regret not speaking English well, please translate your books and manuals also in French!

Thank you so much for these videos!
Can you please clarify what comes after Arm Work in the BASI Block System? (Leg Work or Full Body Integration II)? I have notes that conflict with each other from our student study guides. (thank you!!)
