    Brother, I've never seen a Tub Head jig used like that. Why that way and not using a ball head jig? Just curious. Thanks for posting!

      Great question! The tube head has a little #2 size hook that's less likely to spook off picky hybrids, which have relatively little mouths, plus with big cats, the little hook gets embedded, less likely to pop out, plus the hook is shorter, lets the soft bait be less rigid, and look more natural, without as much metal through the length of it. The ball heads get it done, for sure, especially for largemouth and walleye, but I noticed a few more hybrids and big cats on average with tube-heads, oddly enough. Thanks for watching!
