Please buy beets, cut it , and 100 percent grape juice put the beets in the juice and let it soak keep in the refrigerator and drink a cut full each day it will improve your iron level. This helped my daughter when her iron was low. Watch you all the time.

Regarding sale of the metals, lease a truck and then your dad can take the metals to the people that buy metals. I think his concern is that he doesn't have a way to load and transport the metals.
He said scrap buyers dont offer good deals for such and he said the best way he can get good money is if maybe he sell to car repair shops who maybe need the car parts and could maybe offer better prices.

Marwa, I think you should accompany Rocio to all her medical appointments, especially now whether you are needed or not. You can wait within if you are not required personally. I think it will be extremely helpful. If an emergency occurred or she delivered early, which is possible, you will miss being there, and also, your father in law is putting so much effort of being there for her. She has hinted if needing you in certain situations. Please, if she has an appointment, you should not be left in bed. ( just a gentle suggestion formed through personal observation)
