So there is an air pipe between indoor and outdoor unit in addition to refrigerant piping? Did I understand it correct? Similar to car air conditioners.

It is, the Ururu-Sarara system was the first mini split air conditioner to actually allow fresh air into the house like a window or central AC. The Ururu component is still the only one of it's kind (i.e. collects moisture from the outdoor air and brings it in while the whole heat pumping procedure is ongoing) while the Sarara is a slightly more advanced version of various "self-cleaning" systems you see nowadays even on cheap mini-splits. In the meantime Midea and Hisense made their own fresh air-flow systems (though they don't have a separate unit like the Ururu Sarara does, just a hose that opens up to the outdoors hooked up to a HEPA filter) while Gree, a Chinese manufacturer which has been collaborating with Daikin for a long time for now, developed a version of the Ururu-Sarara system into a two-way system (so it also pulls room air out besides just adding it in) for it's newest generation of air-conditioners that debuted just last year or so - they call it the FreAir. Prior to this Gree offered the U-Crown air conditioner which is essentially the Ururu Sarara just without the Ururu component and with a more fancy indoor unit design.

It just brings in fresh air from outside. Theres a pipe/tiny duct going to the indoor unit.

If anyone cares to know, I'm pretty sure it represents compressed (hot) refrigerant that is redirected from the normal heat pump cycle. The graphic is showing the dehumidification function, where air is passed over hot and cold coils, leading to extraction of air moisture but less drop in air temperature than plain air conditioning where air is only blown over cold. To be honest I am not sure why the air is blown over hot first, unlike typical dehumidifier cycle.
