Farming Resources on Nexus: Adds Chickens, Rabbits, Brahmins, Brahmin, Gazelles, Guard Dogs & Cat's to the Workshop under Resources / Farming Resources, each one gives +1 to happiness and +0.5 to food (Guard Dog & Cat only adds to happiness +2 for dog and +1 for cat)...there is also a chicken coop, cat ball and cat bowl that you can craft. You did such a nice job on this place - gotta have it now!
I absolutely love the way he did the storage, and a settlement as well. I'm a bit of a magpie in Fallout 4 and this seems like a very nice place to store all my favorite shinies. Just got a unique armor after having a chat with my old pal from Vault 111 and my character won't be wearing it. Might add this and transfer all my uniques, etc.
I would like to see more of the commonwealth turned into settlements so that the land can be reclaimed. At first, I thought this settlement was too close to the starting area, but then I thought that if there were more mods like this, eventually you could have a vast living community.
I love what you have done with the place! The base version is ok. But I really dig the structure and decorations you have modded the mod with, so to speak. 👌

This was a brilliant walk through. I mean I am sad that the bunker itself is not a workshop space but in general its got a really great design. I especially like what you did to the place and I totally could see myself living in that place. Its design is totally to my liking. Thumbs up here!
If you are what you eat, does that make vegetarians vegetables? If you are what you eat, then cows are plants... which makes a steak a salad... technically...
Walls are never effective. Especially when half the settlements have a enemy spawn point inside the settlement. Makes walls pointless and just for scenery. Best Just putt defenses right right in front of spawn point. I would probably keep one house. Maybe make a factory and start making money sending provisioners there

Hi Feb!! Your remake of the property house is so much better than the original! I agree with Shadowdancer, you should learn how to mod and offer them up! I know it would take longer than redoing already created mods, but I think any mod you created would be outstanding. Still loving your vids and listening to your voice!! now that you've mentioned it, just an idea: what if you accept save files from the community and review their settlements? I don't know if it'll work, if the settlement information is stored in save files. I've only started playing fallout 4 and haven't built up mine, but alot of viewers surely have built their own empires. (haven't even finished main quest, the glowing sea is too much)
I've done a few Transfer Settlement Blueprints - mainly Jellybean's because some of them have a list of mod requirements as long as your arm which either I don't have or don't want because of clashes with what I want or like to use - hence why I mainly stick to settlements and player homes:)
