Well done. Keep the content coming. In as much as there are variables that make frequency less certain, when you get to the end of this series I think we’d all appreciate your “here’s how we tend to program”. Also as a masters lifter I’d be very interested in your insights about masters training.
Love Matt LOOve his intensity People may thing he is bit self-centric but he is crazy passionate Never listened to Matt without a lightbulb sparking in my head in regards to training And Dave, wealth of experience This really is a pinnacle of strength training education
Ive learned a lot over the past year from everyone thats been on the show. When it comes to Matt, the dude has more knowledge than Google. Haha I could listen to him for hours when im driving down the road in my semi
I always Live listening to Matt bc he’s not shy about talking about himself… that being said he’s a SAVAGE and SUPER EDUCATED! Never been a powerlifter REMOTELY but you can take what he says as Covenant! And whatever you do at the gym, his processes are Applicable
1:30:33 He's extremely knowledgeable about the sport. He makes sure you know in every podcast he does what his education is and how many world records he has. Can't take it away from him it's just funny.
Amazing. Love Matt wenning and these podcasts!!! I always ask so forgive me but what are the odds of Mike bridges or John kuc getting in the podcast? I feel like I read that Mike bridges lives in Chicago. Would LOVE to hear what that man has to say. 😊
Awesome content. Anybody got any advice on how long to keep an exercise in rotation to get past neurological addaption and into more muscle growth, then when to change it out for a change in stimulus? For contex im a skinny, bad genetics, 51yo hitting newby gains again after 9 months focused on rock climbing and just trying to get back some lost muscle + add a little more size/strength
@@WenningStrength trying to implement the little things, more hamstring and tricep work, keeping shoulders back for tricep push downs, make a big strong back, etc until I can come to your gym!
You know when Matt spoke about his brother’s wedding that was interesting. So weird imho that his sister in law held a grudge. Some women just don’t know how to love especially with this wedding extravaganza crap. As a woman I would have told my bro in law You have one life go after your dreams We’ll have a toast at the wedding in your honor. Let’s celebrate your brother and i’se union and your victory when.you’re free I’m proud of you. Weddings can be a. Interruption for certain people dependent upon what they have going on. These pressures for forced family engagements are not always ideal. Natural gatherings just bring better energy. Matt I’m glad your bro told you he understood That’s a good brother. Sometimes certain family members need a certain kind of support that is uncommon They actually need it to win and I’m here for it
Man this guy is such a great role model. Holy shit. I’m a 38 year old Man who has had a lot of accomplishments and am well respected and successful but some key things (habits namely) Matt said made me realize that he is an optimal role model for me. What a dude. And also, Dave, you kick ass man. I lost touch with Table Talk for a bit…bad decision. Thank you both for this very much. Marine Mike 🇺🇸 💪
full body is the dmbest way to train, bananas are like coke, knees over toes are bad, activate muscles, holy cow!? Seems like virgin Matt is not the smartest cookie in the business

What are you doing here?? Does this have any of the splatter that matters?
@@jamesmanning8795 Haha! No splatter here...unless something goes very wrong in the squat rack. :p
Wenning and Wendler are my favorite guests.

Used to call them the smart meatheads. Now Matt has a doctorate can't say that anymore. 😊

Great talk. Personally, a lot of concepts I have seen in the past were addressed and came together in this talk.

Great video guys! But why you dont have a timestapms?

2:13:35 what about Layne Norton?
the GOAT of Broscience
it is sad that he is so into powerlifting which makes him such a narrow minded person!

Love matt, and i understand you need to make money. But i bought your manual. It should not be filled with adds i already paid
Trying to get you to support the sponsors and get discounts. I don’t think a page or 2 is overbearing
always super informative. you should have Todd Hutchins aka toddzilla the arm wrestler on he does conjugate.

It’s ironic how much of a moron you come off as with your sentence structure and grammar…but Matt is not that smart, right?
If you can't learn something from a world record holder, you're the problem
