docs.google.co... I'm tired of switching banana plugs according to the test.
I really wish Fluke made a multi function port on the front of the QA ES III Electrosurgical Analyzer. Simplify setup time, minimize damage to the analyzer, no more lost plugs and accessories (ESU Loads!), minimize cleanup post testing.
Fluke! What are you doing?! The front interface on this analyzer is not intuitive at all. I'm going to fist that today. Connect with me on LinkedIn to stay updated!

Going to try and recreate this with a 3D printer for our biomed shop
I think the pins are 25x25mm x8pins
you are a genius engineer please may I know the acceptable range of reading in ESU Analyser for cut and coagulation
Do you have a schematics for this project? I am really interested in doing that.
Do you have the Bipolar pinout? I got the mono setup already also can I get the CNC cad file. If not I understand
This adapter was designed in Vectric Aspire. I will check and see if I have the pinout for bipolar.
You ever considered making sets to sell? I would be interested in buying a whole set from you.
Let me see if I can build a better set.
Damn thats cool. I appreciate your videos. Thank you!
Thanks man.
AS a new biomed I'm not ashamed to say that the wiring on that tester kicks my butt every time I have to use it. I want to make a tester like that to help. Do you have diagrams or plans that you used that could walk me through how to make it?
I think that would make for a good video. A step by step process to make a rig.
@@BetterBiomedChannel Please do! I'm an old USAF crew chief. I don't operate well without proper tech data!
USAF Biomed here 4A271
@@BetterBiomedChannel 2A373 here. When you make your video on making the adapter, can you include a parts list and where you bought the stuff?
@@timw5475 I am re designing the adaptor to be made from plastic. I really wish I had a 3d printer now.
Did you ever consider starting a medical device company? You always have great ideas that would be competitive against other devices on the market!
Someday I'll be contacted by a medical device manufacturer for either a job or a law suit
@@BetterBiomedChannel lmao 😂
Your a genius
Thanks, necessity is the mother of invention
