Loved this show and keeping up appearances too on PBS here in the states
Wait?! Why am I doing push ups?! She’s homeopathic! Thanks for reminding me.
Loved this show can't get it here, any more on cable😫😡😔🗽
Hilarious, how the guys don't look so dignified without their clothes (especially the underwear, and especially Peacock).
I think the socks and shoes made it even better
@doctorwho0077 hardly unseemly. we can't really see it (up close) anyway.
Captain Peacock 🦚 was also spindle shanks.
This show is comedy gold
70, 80, 90 were golden times,, no woke !!!!

🙄
Perhaps my favorite episode.
I miss this show. Humphreys was my favorite
Wendy looked like she knew a thing or two about ballet!
I love this gem of a show! I laughed so hard at the last segment where they are eavesdropping that I may have seriously cracked at least one rib...maybe two!!!! "Now on to the pouf"
Too bad the knockers aren't genuine 😅
"No I like them around my ankles."
"I'm sure you husband does as well."
Goddamit I was drinking water when he said that!
RIP
What a brilliant ensemble...brilliant everything!!!.....the acting, the direction, the timing, the writing, the whole thing...just brilliant👍....we can just wish we get to see recreation of such class..which is sadly impossible😔
What class act, brilliant script no need of vulgarity. Thank you.
My husband got my on to this show it is one of my favorites
Mr. Lucas reminds me a whole lot of Hawkeye Pierce in wit and ardour.
@doctorwho0077 i didnt like his character eithr. i read a story that said after awhile he got big headed and acted like he owned the show. Larry Berghoff or radar didnt get along with him.. I guess because Radar was much loved on the show.. But it was a big hit of a show because of its war theme... was ok at first with the old cast. later on it became stale
@@jessiejames7492 Very true....he really started to get on a decidedly 'Liberal-Rant', and tried to steer the writers via berating them--to slant and 're-write' the Korean War, as if it was the U.S. who was the Aggressor---and not the North Koreans. THAT, is pathetic. which leads to a fact that Alan Alda was NOT invited to speak at any Veterans Conferences....
@@stanochocki8984 interesting trivia . thanks
@@stanochocki8984 didnt know that
My favorite part "About how long have you been eating sour grapes and ugly fruit?" Hilarious!!! 😂😂😂
Of course Arthur Brough was great as Mr Grainger, but I thought Alfie Bass was pretty good too.
2019 and it’s still hilarious 🤣 😂
Love the show!
Totally
2021 and still hilarious
I wish I could go back to 2019, before the pandemic. Comparatively, we had it so good without realizing it.
The dancer is Amanda Barrie. She appeared in two of the Carry On films, and this episode Are You Being Served? before being cast as Alma Sedgewick in Coronation Street, which she played on and off for 20 years.
Have always loved this show but this episode is the best
So ridiculous but just hillarious. Wish there were more shows like it now.
