What did you say different places have different beliefs. It's why the states should control more of making situations then the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Our founders new that because they were geniuses. It's why the federal government powers WERE SUPPOSED TO BE LIMITED.the united states isn't the Hati. Where its small. The United States is way to big for the federal government to be making all these decisions as an umbrella or blanket over all. A new Yorker is going to think differently then a Wyoming way or a North Dakota way.
