And To Think This Was Originally Supposed To Be The Final Episode

was this to be the last one? I didn't know that. I remember when we hit episode 65B there was some discussion that we had enough episodes for syndication so there was no need to make more (Episode 65B was the Library Card Music Festival show on the production schedule so they wanted to end with a bang.) But we started winning Emmys so they kept making more since they knew they had a hit show on their hands.

I'm not entirely sure...they only had reel-to-reel magnetic tape in those days in the studio...there must have been a speed control knob on the recorder unit. It sounds pretty good considering the primitive tech we had in those days!

whoops, sorry, I was wrong...I asked the audio technician (now retired) and he said they used Windows "Sound Recorder" which could do this kind of effect: ruclips.net/video/PC5TVh4bYzc/видео.html
