You hit the right points Tom; price, what batteries you're invested in and the use intensity of the user. As you've pointed out on previous Bauer tool videos, there is an adapter available to use DeWalt batteries on Bauer tools. I think the best option is to wait until a home is for sale in Tom's neighborhood and borrow all those nifty tools he has!

Nice comparison Tom, definitely the Bauer for the money ! Not a professional just a homeowner 😂. Cheers 🍻

For my opinion what I do for a living which is a welder I like to have something heavy duty . I had light duty grinders before which I think the Milwaukee's always satisfy me in my work that I do.

Worked in the trades most of my life and have DeWalt for most of my tools but you can't beat the value of the Bauer. I bought the grinder and drill to keep in my car and find myself using it more than the rest. At 67 yr old it is fine and can't beat the price. HF tools have stepped up and work for the weekend warrior fine. Professionals want the better tools as they use them hard but for occasional use can't beat the Bauer and Hercules for the cost.
