Thanks for sharing this with us Bear!! I’ve shared this video with my gardening friends. I’m still working on my watermelons and you are right….growing them in an elevated raised bed is tough. Thanks for your videos! They are very helpful!! Wish me luck!😁🍉
HEY Carleshia!!! You are welcome. Thanks for sharing the video. I like it because I can program it and go on vacation. The plants will be ok when I get back. I am going to get drip tape for next season. I wish you all the success and luck in growing those nice watermelons. I'm glad you like the videos.
@GrowSomethingTasty what's the best time of the year in florida to begin, so hot here that the blackberries that grow naturally all around me don't last as long as they used to 😕
Hi Bear I have 2 watermelon plants and I pruned them like in your other videos but they are not growing big like 1 lb maybe less I only have one good size watermelon maybe 20 lbs I fertilize with worm tea and I just started compost tea? My plant are nice and healthy. I live in California where the temperature can get to 114. I thought you would know what is the problem? Thanks love your videos keep up the work.
HEY, Matt!!! I'm sorry to hear that. I think it may need more nutrients, so let's see if the compost tea helps. Every now and then, I have an area that does not grow well, so I would remember that space and fertilizer it after the plant finishes. I have one not growing, but I know a vole is eating on the roots. You don't have that issue, do you? I'm glad you love the videos, I appreciate it.
HEY @BMattWill!!! I think it's too late to start melon plants in my area. Plants that are established like in the video still have a shot to get melons. I would not plant melons now in my area. If you live in an area that has 100 days of hot weather you might have a shot. I hope September is nice so I can win this watermelon contest.
So I've been watching you this year, I am having problems for the first time. My skin's on my watermelon are softer than I've ever noticed in the past. What does this mean? They're small, definitely not ready yet!😢 This year I did 1 in a pot and the others in the ground. This is the one in the pot I'm talking about..
HEY April!!! I am sorry to hear about the melon. I really don't know. I tried growing one in a pot and it did not go well. I thought there were not enough nutrients in my case. If your plant did not get enough nutrients that could be a reason. Potted plants need a lot more fertilizer than in-ground plants.
Hey Bruh , I'm from New York, an had never grew anything. An I wanna say Young Man you are truly an inspiration.. I love it keep doing what you doing . Thank you.
Thank you for showing our irrigation system in such detail!😉🌱
HEY @RainPoint!!! You are welcome. I appreciated the chance to try out the system. It's going to help my garden for sure.

Hi 👋 there very interesting topic thanks 🙏 for sharing
HEY @Lionness!!! Thanks, I appreciate it. It will help me with all that hand watering I'm doing, LOL.
This is a great idea, it's been the reason why i haven't started gardening on our 5 acres, i like to travel 🤔
HEY @Himnotman!!! Wow, 5 acres you could plant 2 grocery stores worth of food. Well, you are in the game if you use it.

Wow amazing technology, I would like that for my garden too
HEY, Sammy!!! Yes, it is great!!! I'm glad that I have it. Next year, I'm not doing all that hand watering. I will for my container plants.

No I never had issues with moles. Thanks for the advice.
Interesting. Thanks for sharing.👍🏽
HEY @theanalyticgardener!!! Thanks, how are your watermelons doing?
Since you used them in your demonstration, is it too late in the season to expect anything from watermelon plants?

I clicked on the link and it took me to shirts and some coffee cups or tea cups. Nothing about the bear brown withering system so how do I get it?
I just checked!! When you stroll down. You will see the word more, click that and look for rainpoint web and click that.
Ok cool I found the long form video
HEY John!!! I'm glad you found it. Cool.
