As I’ve aged (I am 48…quickly approaching 49) though, I find myself looking really washed out in pictures and need some help to look my best at meetings (I’m on the school board) or when going out, etc… Johnny is so sweet and doesn’t try to sell me anything or promote products that we mere mortals cannot afford. I did a Walmart make up haul a couple weeks ago using some of his suggestions and am having a blast trying new things (without breaking the bank!).

I have tried to be vigilant with sunscreen, especially as I grew into adulthood. *Do you have any suggestions of products that are really effective and worth the money? Essentially they are very similar but are actually different (natural vs synthetic bristles, different handles, etc) I just want to make sure your viewers know the difference before purchasing! 😊

Thank you for the reminder about the Shiseido sunscreen! Live in AZ and sunscreen is a necessity, but it gets so ridiculously hot in summer that you sweat the moment you step outside. I’ve tried countless sunscreens that are sweat/waterproof but the only one that didn’t clog pores like crazy and didn’t burn your eyes so far was the Shiseido. That’s great stuff!

I’m mad at Ulta right now! Bought some Goop sunscreen for pick up and they wouldn’t give it to my granddaughter-I called ahead to see if it was possible because it was part of a gift for HER….and I was busy! I gave her my ID and my iPad with the confirmation email. Nope once she got there they said I’d have to pick it up myself. Look, if I wanted to pick it up MYSELF, I wouldn’t have made arrangements to have HER PICK IT UP! But! I’m not gonna be a BARBARA, so I’ll be over it in a few 🤫
