Hard to say. It could be that one of caps legacy characters will take over, or this is the same thing as with Robert Downey Jr did in end of Iron Man 3, which was his note that it was the last Iron man movie he had been contracted to film. However this wasn't end of his tenure as Iron Man in Mcu, as we saw.
And spidey is my favorite.
