Hydra Soap = maybe the Mind Stone making his job through Wanda's own mind, telling her she's some kind of a goddess, and that she can rework the fabric of Reality into everything what she desires
Lagos tissue paper = the tragedy of Lagos, Nigeria, when Wanda, who just wanted to help, ended killing a bunch of wakandians trying to avert Rumlow's self explosion

Now that Agatha has been revealed, let’s not forget in the comics when we learn that Agatha portrays all seven individuals that belong to the Salem seven otherwise known as hydra. Could be why these commercials are scattered about and they’re all actually just Agatha

Episode 4 should be really cool.., she can't control everything, unless like the butterflies she didn't "mean to ",maybe that's how all this started...even in the title, the last i in vision is depicted as a radio signal ,and I don't know what is significant about roses,but they were mentioned alot and are in the closing credits. 🤔
I also think the reason Geraldine didn't have a house is she'd only been there for hours,times moving exponentially faster in the "bubble "....I also think the reason Geraldine was wearing a sword necklace was to remind her and help her NOT give into the influence of the "bubbles " manipulation.
Vision has to be a creation of Wanda...she gave him Quicksilver speed to get to the doctor.
And if Wanda isn't doing the all the manipulation, things are being changed to keep her from dealing in a more healthy way.
I do think the stork IS Mephisto....he was Also the rabbit-senor scratch (ufamism for the devil)
I was personally starting to wonder if WandaVision could be inferred as Tunnel Vision too. Wanda developing tunnel vision and maybe that could be a cause behind this alternative universe. Mephisto could have caused it as well, a part of my theory is looking at Wandas eyes in Endgame and how dialated her pupils are. Just a theory though.
