I'm so glad you guys got to experience and share with us this kind of dining, it's good to experience it once in a lifetime. My wife and I was glad to experience Vintage Cave Club when it was opened and it was like a whole new world there. We basically had the same menu as you guys and I can say I didn't realize that tako can melt like that.. it was also the first time eating uni, caviar and a5 wagyu and it was crazy good!!!, I would highly recommend our Foodie Ohana to explore their inner foodie with this kind of fine dining. I thought I was gonna have to hit up McDonald's after I saw the serving sizes but to my surprise, I was actually content after the meal. Thanks again for bringing us along and keep up the great content!!!

Will be returning to Hawaii this week after about 18 years away on the mainland. Know of any sushi places that use real wasabi? Never had it, wanna try it. Also, been watching a ton of your videos to see what food spots to hit up now that I can run around Hawaii with adult money XD Love your content, it's been immensely helpful.

Some people may not be aware, but the Sushi Sensei grated the REAL Wasabi right in front of you on what appeared to be a Shark Skin grater. @11:36 This is the Real Deal Wasabi. You can tell real Wasabi from the gritty texture as opposed to Fake Wasabi which is pasty. Real Wasabi will lose it's flavor when exposed to air, usually within 10-15 minutes. Fake Wasabi is pasty and thick pureed from horseradish, mustard, cornstarch and green food coloring. Everything looked so Ono. Mahalo for the Video.
