Before watching this video I was actually thinking that a foot injury is a reason big enough to say no to people....
I just got to know that sometimes, we do not need a reason which has to be that much big to say no to someone who asks us for help.

I think the art of saying no is something very important . But, it needs some time to be mastered.
I remember making as many as 40 tooth carvings for my batchmates during first year. 😂😂
Started from 40 people in 1st year , reduced to 10 people in past 2 yrs and nowadays being able to help even 5 people per day becomes a great herculean task for me.
I get happiness when I make people happy and help someone.
It gives me positive energy. ❤️
Also, people who are actually in dire need of help, rarely get any sort of help.
Thanks to the non-profit organisations who provide youngsters the opportunity to volunteer for relief camps, health camps etc to reach out to the ones living in destitute conditions.
I really feel glad for atleast being able to help a small proportion of those people through these organisations.
Also, I truly understand it's important to develop healthier boundaries.
Investing too much time, efforts and feelings for a person can become detrimental for our own peace of mind, especially when the same is not reciprocated from the other side.
A broken friendship, toxic environment of college, an injured foot ,the ever changing stoichiometry of relationships, and the importance of saying NO , these are my take away lessons for this week.
There is always something good in every bad situation.
