Sir, Hopefully you are doing well.😇 I'm watching this during my morning tea time ...☕☕😄😄😄 I couldn't stop laughing during the entire short video clip...🤣🤣🤣 This was hilarious..😂😂😂😂 On a serious note , Budgeting and planned expenses really help a lot.☝️ From my personal experience, I truly appreciate the importance of saving a little bit from each salary and then securing that money into buying commodities, trading and fixed deposits etc. I think the newer generation should understand the importance of savings, should focus more upon investment, and should know a bit of stock market trends for trading purposes too.☝️ Believe it or not, Stagnant Money is like Stagnant Water, it cannot benefit unless there is ample flow in it . The importance of Multiplying Stagnant Money is something which most people fail to understand. Money will eventually disappear, if expenses and liabilities exceed the overall income, and it is inevitable.☝️ There is a reason why top technocrats around the world like Elon Musk are always keen on expanding their businesses, expansion simply means increasing the sources of income, and not letting the cash flow become stagnant. I wish someday, people would understand the value of inculcating Financial Literacy into everyday curriculum and learning of young students, so that the future generation knows how to handle and manage, the money they possess. Earning money is difficult, but intelligently saving and investing it carefully is the actual task .☝️ Also, multiplying those figures and securing those figures for financial stability is the toughest task, where GenZ is struggling the most. We usually have people around us, who are filled with negativity, We, unfortunately have such people in this whole world. When I look back in the past decade, I'm able to analyse that when others tried putting me down, it only helped me ; to grow further and grow immensely.☝️ In reality, I had the ability to grow with whatever others were able to offer me; be it goodness or hatred. When I got support and love; I had the ability to grow in my career; When I got negativity and deceit, I still developed the ability to grow ten times faster in my career , despite all odds. Moreover, people judge others and say things , this is truly based on their own intellectuality, intelligence and personal life experiences, and present circumstances and situations they have been through. Various short courses in the Facial Cosmetology, Trichology and Dermal fillers and Botox and Chemical peels and Lasers are readily available not just in foreign countries, but also in India. More and more new BDS graduates are enrolling into such courses.☝️ I'm neither against any course or course provider nor am I in favour of it, each and every thing depends upon the capacity of an individual, how efficiently he/she is able to learn from such courses. Usually,after taking any Basic course, one should perform 35-50 plus cases under some senior's supervision, then only proceeding towards an advanced course case of the same procedure would make any sense.☝️ This is how I had gone through each of the courses that I have completed in the past few years.☝️ Though I've never been into fillers and botox courses, simply because I was told by one of my seniors to not venture into such Grey areas .☝️ So, I went for other courses in Core Clinical Dentistry to brush up a few skills and to eliminate a few weaknesses of mine, but I never stepped into any of those trichology or botox workshops. But , nowadays in India ; such courses are trending in the dental fraternity like anything. In my personal opinion ,the best route for anyone who wants to make his/her career in the field of Facial Aesthetic Surgeries in India for MBBS graduates, is : to pursue Mch in Plastic Surgery after completing MS in General Surgery post MBBS degree. And for BDS graduates the best route is : To get into various fellowship programs/Super specialisation courses after completing MDS in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, post BDS degree. There are endless examples of Surgeries and Botox gone wrong , the entire RUclips and Google is flooded with such bad examples. Top Hollywood celebs like Madonna have been the classic example amongst them all. More recently Anne Hathway fans were astonished with her frozen brows appearance. Hollywood celebrity Angelina Jolie has been the prime example of both surgeries and botox+fillers introduced correctly at the right time and at the correct anatomical site , this only enhances the natural features without interfering with the normal structural harmony of the face and facial muscles. So, whoever wants to step into this field must go through case reviews of those classic examples. Such good cases are always delightful in the eyes of the OMFS and Plastic Surgeons. But, patients too need to be aware of such malpractices. In this Instagram generation, it's difficult to admire the natural beauty that each person is blessed with, I totally understand that.☝️ Even, I had patients in the past who were into media business, aviation industry, sports and even modelling industry and wanted complete Anterior teeth transformation at low cost , I simply told them that else than composites and crowns , nothing magnificent can be expected and great outcome cannot be expected at hospitals, it would be a very average work, and I never promised to offer the best. I referred many of such cases towards the clinics of my seniors. I feel , I did the right thing. The procedures that I completed had fairly average results, and fairly high success rate and low failure rate. This is important because the first independent 500-1000 cases in the career of any Dentist, determines the graph of the rest of his/her career. So, I always wanted to be on the safer side. And the cases that weren't my cup of tea, I never touched them, I simply used to diagnose and refer them towards a Senior dentist. Though, this video should be able to translate the required information and knowledge in the minds of the recent grads, and should be an eye opener for all.☝️ Nonetheless, I thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule, despite the patient rush in the holiday season . Anyways, all that I can recollect from my past memories is that I had a beautiful and blessed childhood, And again, I truly thank God for this, because not everyone is that lucky to have a happy childhood. Otherwise, I know about myself more than anyone else; I wasn't ever the person to be able to survive for twenty six long years in a world which is filled with so much deception and bitterness; where only a handful of people are genuine and kind-hearted. In my personal opinion, it takes a lot of courage and strength for a kind , generous and soft-hearted person to survive in a world full of cruelty.
