Fairy Dust has way too many conditions that have to happen to get to a feature. Between the need for bookend dragons,AND a bag on the middle reels, AND the potential jackpot win changing with every spin, it seems like it is only set to be a winner for the casino. Tho it certainly has the tease factor that keeps the player chasing the rare win, it has to be among the worst for actual big wins.
