yes but in the early 90's there were a lot of bands of this style doing a lot of huge success playing the dispute was very strong in the media as big names like Aerosmith, Rush, Rolling Stones, INXS, Midnight Oil, ZZ Top, Bon Jovi, etc. ...

I remember it was on the flip side of To Be With You at release & didn’t get the same attention, at least in US. Maybe it was labeled slightly more alternative than pop? I worked in ‘top 40’ radio & played it all the time, even though the boss said only play the hit side 😂 It’s awesome to see the life it took on around the world. I guess it’s kinda like a cult classic in the US now? What a great song 🥰

元々好きなバンドで当時はこの曲が入っているアルバムを良く聴いていました。さらに、この当時たまたま、高校の体育祭の全体ダンスの曲で使われることとなり、体育祭までの練習で何度も何度もグランドに大音量で流れるこの曲を聴けて、とてもテンション上がって幸せな気分になるし、好きな子と手を繋げる順番が来ないかとドキドキしたりしたことを思い出しました。願わくば、またライブでも聴きたいです。とても良い思い出で懐かしいです😊

Man I am addicted to this song. Paul's intro blew me away, but I was initially a little turned off by the sugary sweet pop chorus. But it's very catchy and I warmed up to it like a day later. Such a beautiful song, I love it.
Actually true of most of their catalog. Didn’t appreciate this when it was new despite knowing what a musical super group they were at the time.
When my classmates were all into these boy bands, I rocked to Mr. Big and I didn't care about what others think. RIP Pat.

I was in high school when I first heard about them then I bought their album in the late 90's and still rockin.' Great intelligent quality rock music and great band plus all really great lookin' even if they aged. RIP to Pat.

One of the greatest songs ever written and performed. The whole thing is awesome but from the “hanging out with Janice” line the song goes into the stratosphere. Amazingly stunning, and takes me back to when it came out.

Oh my God!!! Those vocal harmonies at 1:05 to 1:09 are like heaven, reach the depths of my soul. What a good and great song it is. Those 4 of you are geniuses. Thank you Pat for making us happy with your music and your talent. Rest in peace Pat.
A true masterpiece of rock and roll. Eric Martin's vocals are absolutely amazing on this track. Bass, drum, and guitar are perfect. I never get tired of hearing this song or this album.

I only have good things to say about these guys. I met them all when i was 17 back in 1991 after their show. Paul was my idol and Eric bought me a drink! They were all really nice people.
Eric is a great guy. Everyone I have ever talked to that actually had a chance to meet him had nothing but great things to say about him.
I remember buying the "To Be With You" as a single cassette at Camelot Music (back when there was still music stores 🤣). "Green-Tinted" was on the B side. I listened to this great song until the cassette wore out.
LOVE Paul Gilbert's intro. It's one of the few guitar parts that I really love to play, next to "Sweet Child O' Mine". This is MUCH more fun to play than "Sweet Child O' Mine". This is BY FAR my favorite Mr. Big song. Such a sad song as well. Gotta love Paul Gilbert's writing.

This song and album brings me back to when I was 20 years old and having a very hard time in my life. Mr. Big was a large part of happy moments during those difficult days. I would literally drive around for hours listening to this entire album. I regret never having seen them live. What a great and underrated band.

Worked at a club they played at kin the 90s, after there concert as a promotion for a radio station, I walked them out to their bus after, past crowd about 300 mostly girls screaming for them, got on the bus, they wanted nothing to do with them. They where just ready to go like it is a painstaking job. I was super dissapointed in them Rock Stars... But Awesome music!

When this album came out I didn't think much of it then I heard Green Tinted 60's mind and I knew right there this was one of the greatest songs ever done by one of the greatest bands ever ! Long live guitar Shredding !!

I still remember where I was when I read the news. Literally brought tears to my eyes. Not just an all-time champion drummer, but also just a REALLY nice guy and very smart. I was crushed.
