13:57 Asuka's heat burst has the tendency to drop more often than it doesn't during combos because characters just kinda fall out of it
Edit: I'm thinking about her Heat Smash, not burst. The heat terminology is rough on my brain XD. Her Heat Burst does still drop sometimes in her combos, though
