Yeah they should make the legends 3 already...a lot of games benefited on the megaman legends mechanics and concepts for example the dmc 5 Nero and her support lady can be seen very similar to Megaman and Roll on legends 1 where they have a vehicle that can let you upgrade you stuffs anywhere you go...
If Legends 3 becomes an actual game in the future, the morality system should go as far as to the point where you get a bad ending for going down a path of evil.
I wish they would re-release the original 2 Legends games on the next gen consoles so everyone could see what they're missing. Maybe then the pressure from society would encourage Capcom to finish the series.

This video was a ton of fun. It was really neat to see all the 'bad' stuff you could do in the game. It honestly makes me sad that we might never see a Megaman Legends 3 again. Still, its wonderful to be reminded of how much love and thought was put into these games.

Roll's feelings about MegaMan are affected by different actions than the ones that affect other NPCs like the shady merchant. You can bottom out your standing with the villagers and max out your points with Roll and vise versa. I believe the one overlap is church donations, which improves MegaMan's relations with both.
