First of all- you look extremely gorgeous with your full face of beautiful bronzy golden highlighty pink lippy products!!!! Stunning!!! And as for my thoughts I wanna try that liquid highlighter the most!!! And since I’m still trying to get comfortable with using bronzer I really think that Jaclyn’s liquid bronzers might be exactly what I need to use since they are a bit more sheer and not so pigmented as most!!!! 😘😘😘😘😘😘

She did say she would expand range on bronzers. But I mean there are FIVE it’s a good number just not much variation between shades. You could do 5 and have a pretty good range.
Mm no no really, they are really light to make a shadow in a darker skin
@@marianamandujano5347 no I’m saying you COULD make a good shade range with 5 if you had enough variation between the shades. These don’t. But it’s not the number or shades. They r all just so similar. So if she made 5 shades you could target a wide range. But she made 5 too similar

First, thank you Maryam, for saving me money on those bronzers, and satisfying my curiosity on the highlighters!! My one question that you didn’t mention is this: you were saying in the beginning how intensely sparkly the putty highlighters were….how did that translate on the skin? I absolutely HATE glitters in my highlighters but if those cream/putty highlighters are just smooth and glassy I will DEFINITELY be purchasing!!!! #OilyAF #TeamTruth 😘😘😘😘

I am SO glad I watched this!!! I bought Toasty today because I felt like Beachy would be too light! My skin tone is pretty much exactly yours! I have olive undertones too! Phew I was getting nervous I got the wrong shade. Thank youuu
I'm so mad that she even RELEASED this collection. The shade range is HORRIBLE. Not at all inclusive. I don't understand why anyone is supporting this launch. People saying the shade range is bad because she couldn't afford more shades or better shades within the five she launched ARE DELUSIONAL. She has investors. This isn't some small indie brand. I've always supported Jaclyn as a person, but this really infuriates me. NOT TO MENTION you are the only mainstream content creator who has even mentioned that the shade range is shit!!! Everyone else is making excuses for it.
Yall need to shop CXC BEAUTY & MIDAS COSMETICS they've got the shade range we need to see in 2021.

Did you get the new ABH creme bronzers, blush & highlights sticks in PR? Are you going to review them? Seeing a comparison between ABH & JH bronzers would be nice.
No, ABH took me off their PR years ago, so I haven't really checked for them in a while. If enough people want to see a review, I'll def get them tho 😊😊

I feel like we would be able to see the colors a lot better if they were applied over foundation. That’s how I’m able to see shade range better, only because our skin tone isn’t always even. Great video, but i do hope to see the cream bronzers over foundation in one of your future videos! ♥️

That’s what JH is known for, is highlighter, so of course she would go all out. But to each it’s own.

Ok lil rant incoming but I am so tired of having to say the same thing about her (and many others) launches. Her shade range is shit. And I watched her vid so I know that she is expanding the shade range. Ik this is probably an incendiary comment but it is always the Yt people in the comments making excuses and saying that she is expanding the shade range. POCs are tired of being after thoughts. Straight up. And her excuse that she doesn’t have people to test on to make sure undertones are right for POCs so she needs feed back from consumers is SUCH BULL (she said something along those lines in her launch vid). You are a BRAND OWNER. If you can’t find a POC anywhere around you to help you figure out undertones, then don’t put out the product. Wait until you can hire someone to help you. Not put out a collection that isn’t inclusive because colors are too hard for you. Its just making me not want to buy anything from her at all. Maybe if people stop supporting her offensive launches she get the message.

Lets talk about how she told everybody to buy her products to test to give her feedback PAY HER to give her own feedback........ instead of hiring & paying a few black women to do that for her???? Shes got the money if she can make a few dark brown eyeshadows and some black shadows she can sure as hell make a dark enough bronzers w the correct diff undertone 🥱🙄😒 why even come out w complexxion then bcz theres no point in trying to pull that.

i wanted to see what u thought of it.. i am honestly very disappointed with her shade range.. i thought after the liquid lips she would have gotten the idea but i dont get how she could release this.. even the swatches on a dark deep skintone were grey and ashy and NOT MATCHING.. im very disappointed with this launch and her... i feel instead of improving and receiving feedback.. idk.. im just disappointed and def none of these i would use/want. .. i think u were polite compared to what ive been hearing/saying about this launch.. i definitely dont think this should have been released like this..

I placed a $243 order and guess what: the package has disappeared (nowhere to be found). I emailed the customer service 3 times and guess what: no response! It seems like now this brand is "on track" it has became a scam ! No respect for your customers and a bad logistics!

For this collection they could only release so much, so they had to pick & choose which shades to launch in this packaging. What I have noticed in all her launches for some reason the darker shades do not sell-out or sell as well. Soo I'm not sure if it's a marketing thing but that's what I'm starting to think, even though I don't agree with it.
I really love everything in the collection. Everyone is complaining about the bronzers lack of inclusiveness....I am white as a ghost and can't wear any of these, but everything else in the collection, including very dark skin, can absolutely wear the highlighters and the lip oils.
