Thank you for making this video - it’s so easy to follow! Just bought the pattern and can’t wait to make it as my first “big” project on my machine. I look forward to more amazing patterns and tutorials!!!
I've had my eye on this cardigan for a while as I think it's a lovely design. Just purchased the pattern and, thanks to your fantastic video, looking forward to attempting to make it. I will be using my SSK155, real beginner on this machine. Thank you!
Have you ever taught to the San Diego Machine Knitter's Guild? We have a pretty fun group and they do zoom(or you could vacay in SD to get out of the snow!!!@@girlyknits
I got a bit wary when you put the live stitches on knitting needles, but relieved when you were just sewing them together. Phew! (I can't knit by hand.) Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I think that I'll be able to follow your pattern to make my first big project on my machine. Thank you!
Yay! Let me know how it goes! There is a way to do Kitchener stitch on the machine, but I feel it’s overly complicated and this is easier. Another option is you could bind off and have a seam there. I try my best to make all of my patterns 100% on the machine as I know many don’t hand knit. Hope you enjoy the pattern! 💜
This is fabulous!!! I have been dying for this exact pattern. As soon as I finish the hand knitting queue I will make this. So great! Many many thanks!
I tried to convert to bulky machine 9mm but I was unsuccessful. Should I try to get gauge and follow the pattern as is for my Brother kh260? Do you have the pattern for a bulky 9mm machine? I bought the pattern for mid gauge
Hi! Are you able to get the gauge on your machine? If so I would recommend that! Otherwise you could try making a couple sizes down to compensate for the gauge, though it’s not a perfect solution and may need more mods.
@@girlyknits The pattern calls for 5.25 sts and 7.75 rows = 1”. I am able to get 5 sts and 8 rows = 1" with Tension 3 on my machine and worsted acrylic yarn #4. Should I make a size up or down to compensate?
Hi! Yeah saw the message too, haven’t seen that before! Sorry about that, hope they are able to process your payment quickly and you get your pdf files! ❤️

That is very close so I think you would be okay making your size, it just might be slightly larger
Welcome back! Are you still in London?
Awww thank you! Yes I am! 😀
for some reason, it's hard to buy the pattern on ravelry. Is there another option (if possible without paypal) ?
Oh weird! Yes it’s also on Etsy where you can use a credit card. Let me know if that works! girlyknits.etsy.com/listing/1538739968
@@girlyknits thanks. The payment worked. I'm still waiting for the pdf documents. I'll let you know
@@girlyknits this site is so weird. They took the payment and now they need 72 hours to give me the pdf files. That doesn't make sense.

@@girlyknits I really don't know what they need to process. The payment is done. I think I'm not the first user from Europe.
