super that jade combo string is actually kind of nuts. it ends in a low and you can special cancel it before the last hit, so your fatal blow is literally a mix up.
I was chuckling to myself thinking omg super is so slow I've got every Shao Kahn brutality and I've only been playing since 20th of Dec lol then I realised I've only been using Shao Kahn haha and you use everyone. You used 0 Rising Emperor moves on your match vs Nightwolf. Rising Emperor has the highest damage in theory with the annihilation command grab but I really like True Khan at my level. The hammer projectile is big and a mid. The hammer wrath down move can be use to cancel combos and catch people off guard. It’s a great follow up to the F2 attack. The taunt is too slow but it can enables the crushing blow on F3+4+13 which is a great string (SK’s only string starting with a mid if I am correct ?

Shao Kahn is considered weak but he’s honestly kinda insane. Been playing him for 2 KL seasons now and I feel like I can take on any character with him, no matter what tier they are. He’s just not an easy character I guess?
I mained shao and kollector since this game dropped...they are formidable against any tier they have to work harder than the rest but if your gameplay op..they are a force to be reckoned with (look at me geeking out)

Shao Khan having a hammer as his main game style kinda ruined him for me. I was hoping for his NPC version of him on MK9 or even Mortal Kombat vs DC universe where used his brute strength with some moves he summons his hammer and spear.

Escape failed is REALLY BAD, basically what it means is the next time the opponent grabs you, they're gonna deal a krushing blow that takes away 32% of your HP, and trying to not escape from grabs just means that your opponent will just keep grabbing you until you learn to deny their grab, BUT when you try to deny their grab and it doesnt work out, that's when the escape failed text will appear.
Certain characters have crushing blow for either their forward, back, or both throws. Those crushing blows are activated by guessing the incorrect throw direction and trying to tech(reverse) the throw. The tutorial can help a lot.
@@TheLizardKing653 keep playing those rapid and premier towers...hell any tower...keep playing with shao and do the brutal difficulty so you can unlock possible new brutes, gear and augments.
