It's all 3 really. LeTourneau build and designed these loaders then Joy Global( who owns the P&H brand) bought them, then finally bought by komastu a few years ago.. I personally still refer to the as Letourneau loaders. Komatsu mining loader are pretty meh in my mind.. probably why they bought the brand..that and to add a rope shovel line to better compete with cat.. Basically most mines starting up now will be either cat or komatsu. All komatsu needs are 16 and 24 sized graders and they will have it
