Excellent loader operation, push in fill the bucket within reason and back out ,fast cycle times ,easy on ur massive expensive machine (loader)and ur not spinning the tires, over heating the transmission, pissing away gobs of fuel and pounding the piss out of a 5 million dollar machine, this operator is smooth, smart efficient and the machine will last forever and the company will save, many millions in repair costs
First thing I would say is you have a great blaster working at this place, great breakage on that material. Second observation is the bucket leveler is slightly out of adjustment on this machine, the bucket should be dumped a little more at ground level. Third I would say this operator is a very good man, but he shouldn’t be handling this material twice, sit still when you don’t have trucks you are wearing out the bucket and burning precious fuel by tossing a few buckets full around. It would be entirely different if this stuff was hard to dig, but that stuff is like ice cream to that machine😜👍
The other observation I see is, the standing water, fill it up because he won't see any sharp rock to cut tires. The scooping I see in many videos of the same type of machine that very few cut in with bucket flat, raise the bucket a foot or so then again cut push in flat then tilt to shave more till the bucket is at proper level for carrying. What i see as a trend, the push in with the bucket face against the product, and i see the something in any products loading. The motion to load, the dirt mound most of the time is at 40+/-° so, it doesn't matter how high you cut in, the angle is allways the same of the mound and the bucket cutting base.
I could teach you a few things about loading buckets. You dont curl at all till the top. Power in drag it up under power then tilt at the end. I run 992 Cats at Ekati!
I love all the “he ain’t filling the bucket guys” that aren’t there knowing how this rock and maybe this section of the quarry can feel. Armchair loaders!
As I observe the way you fill the bucket, at first, you penetrate, then you tilt the bucket and push up to try to fill it, and to me, it looks like you're pushing and scraping the hill. Now, the way other [not many] do it is, first penetrate, then raise the bucket a foot and penetrate again three times, and then, tilt and raise the bucket. A little shake to let go of the loose material. The hill is at 40 deg, the penetrating distance is equal as when raised a foot or so to penetrate again, so, it is like a stair, by doing so, you'll save the bucket wair and tear, and save energy.
Nice job, the man keeps the cicles smooth, fast, and efficient in low revs. He has the area always clean. Top job
It sounds awesome even at idle

Can you imagine doing that all day, be awful boring
Talented operator right there. Kamatso makes a strong loader.
Love what you are doing
Good operator keeping the loading area clean..
Very smooth operator great to watch keep em coming 👍👍
One of my quarries has a WA800 with a big cam... Hearing it idle is amazing
Great video and machines the wheel loader is awesome.

Shouldn't have to wait for trucks.

He's probably bored if just sitting their.
I noticed the bucket not tilted enough either but I thought it might be operator error.
beautiful video
Super video. Hneď by som išiel takto makať. Fascinuje ma to.
Awesome video awesome
The first big model die cast wheel loader that i bought .👍
very nice recording up close of this wa800 wheel loader.

U are wrong what he is doing here is best for full bucket
Cool video
Fantastic operator
Great skill!!
Irish cement mixer sounds like a drink.
What's up with the cutting edge of the bucket, it looks like the tooth tips are gone. 🙃
Very good as always 👏
Good👍
Wow epic video!! Great to see Irish equipment on for a change!! Since this is in Limerick is there more than one WA800 in Ireland?
I presume Irish cement have one in the drogheda quarry, I believe roadstone have an 800 or something similar in belgard
@@derekmurray1462We have a Cat 992G!!
Ayy this is epic, that’s my local cement plant, I saw this beast a few times
Is this magraths
Slick operation 👍
I have 5yrs experience in komastu WA-900
Dash 2 or 3 ?

nice sir.. 👍

If two overly full buckets is not enough to fill the truck, but three overly full buckets is too much, this is how you load. Eh👍
I think your the only guy saying he ain’t filling the bucket
@@loveistheanswer8137 I think you are the first person to correctly diagnose the video. 👏👏
not the biggest but what a beast i would love a job driving one of these i have drove smaller loaders .
truck driver, loader operator ?
Is it normal not to have replaceable teeth on the bucket?
Is that Platin quarry?
Not sure what it’s called but it’s in Limerick, Ireland
@@AwesomeEarthmovers ok..I thought you were videoing in the Drogheda quarry
بسم الله ماشاء الله
Is this Machine as big as a cat 994.
Been wondering bout those buckets what happens when the teeth get worn down
Cut them off and weld an entire new cutting edge with teeth on.
@Awesome Earthmovers no kidding I had no idea. Never seen one of them buckets up close. Always thought it was one sold piece. Thanx good video
💪👍
El operador no logra llenar el cucharón completo, en ninguna carga
Parker needs one or two…..
How is it 120 Ton? WA800 is a 100T machine normally
You obviously don't know what weight them tyre chains are ? You can spec them loaders to 120 ton
120 Biden tons or 108 metric tonnes.
Depends on how the machine is ordered and what bucket it has. Just sold a WA800 that sits at 248k pounds
No teeth ? I run a komatsu 900. Brande new
Good operater..but the loader misses 25-30% break force to push.!
conque suavidad y espectacular manejo
Ассалаумағалейкум калдарыныз калай..
Бул көмірма.
А нахрена он груз с места на место перекладывает?
Whell loader🥰
He’s loading those with only three scoops
One thing odd in this vehicle puncture free tyres
Good way to ruin a bucket. No pads underneath, no wing shrouds, no lip savers or teeth savers. Way to ruin an investment

Il met des moitiés de godet lol, avec 2 bon le camion est parti
Not a great driver,,,He only half fills the bucket,,
The correct designation is POS 800 . Never ever buy a kamatsu . Never!
Well we now know you know Nothing about wheel loaders.....
