I’ve fished this pier many times. Hit and miss like most. Hard to fish when the tide is really ripping. Cut mullet or finger mullet will produce some small Grouper in the middle. I’ve caught Spanish, Grouper, Snapper, Bonnethead and Sheepshead here.
@@CharlotteHarborFisherman I have left a dusk before when people are just arriving for nighttime. It’s not a lighted pier and the people come well prepared. Headlamps and such. They know what they are doing.
I spent countless nights on that pier back in high school! It’s one of my favorite ones. We would go out there set our lines pass out and the drag was our alarm lol. We would get out there after school on a Friday and fish until the next morning. Our biggest shark landed was right there. 9 foot bull!
