    You’re so right about how ED’s can still affect you even when you’re long-since recovered. I’ve never seen your videos on my recommended until today, but your what I eat in a day was awesome! Hope you keep creating!

    Hey! Thank you so much for this video! I also have struggled with ED’s: bulimia, anorexia & binge eating, but I’m now 3 years recovered!
    Unfortunately, due to my past of restrictive eating, I also have celiac disease and a dairy intolerance as well as thyroid issues.
    It does get better, but also never truly goes away. So thank you for this ❤

    Just a fyi Spinach is very high in Oxalates.

      Yes, thank you!! I make sure to drink enough water and eat a balanced diet so that my body can flush things like this easier.
