Hey! Thank you so much for this video! I also have struggled with ED’s: bulimia, anorexia & binge eating, but I’m now 3 years recovered! Unfortunately, due to my past of restrictive eating, I also have celiac disease and a dairy intolerance as well as thyroid issues. It does get better, but also never truly goes away. So thank you for this ❤
