They probably didn't know that they were following her around like puppies and thought she was running from them again. Plus... on MRP sec doesn't actually like to ruin other people's fun, so they don't tend to perma without proof of antag.

Yes it is very deadly, they are only friendly to you if you harvest them. If they auto harvest they are aggressive to everyone.
