Back to Shiganshina arc is still the greatest arc in AOT
i honestly like the raid on liberio arc more because of the insane amount of action it has. But, i can see why return to shiganshina is seen as the superior arc.
This is the opposite of a hot take
But i think rumbling arc is much goot but divided in two parts
tbh it's not really a hot take as back to shiganshina was one of the best if not the best arc in aot. many would say it's the rumbling but knowing the ending, it's not even close.
War of Paradis is better arc imo

Farewell shinsengumi from gintama and return to shigunshina from aot are one of the greatest arcs of all time
Attack on titan's marley arc was one of th best arcs I've watched, truly goated
It was the most boring arc for me. It was lackluster overall. Tybur family and Karl Fritz reveal was what brought this down for me.

Gintama literally a masterpiece
While Attack On Titan is not my personal favorite anime, I would still argue that it has the best 3 arcs stretch in the history of anime. The fact that we had Return to Shiganshina, Marley Arc, and War for Paradis back to back is just incredible.
shogun assassination and farewell shinsengumi arc are my favs and were top notch.. good to see them on top.
When it is about highest rating in anime then aot and gintama be like : 🗿🤝🗿

@@mahaejaz1688 similar to the chimera arc if it wasn't for the detours then it could have beeing better. Seriously did anyone care when the sand guy having a fight agaist the fem soldier from kenpachis unit? Or when sado or uzui where one sided by the captains? Or any moment when orihime was on screen (unless you are a simp)? I mean yes the arrancar arc also has a lot of detours but at least since we know most of the character at this point to give them some battle to shine wasn't that bad.

The fact that Marineford had 31 episodes and still managed to get 9.3 average with badly animated episodes just shows how goated the story was

Very overrated. Show with shitty characters in the 1-3 seasons and stupid(remind 8th episode) story(also there's no good political or phylosophical theme).
With 3rd season(2nd part) it gets really good, but this final and holes in story(I mean: how did Kruger got a Titan? Where is the monkey on wall in the Grisha's backstory? How did troops get spear in a Coliseum where Emir has died and other)...
Real masterpiece is "Gintama". Really great show.
For me it's overrated, definitely not bad but it's really annoying when everyone doesn't stop talking about it, for me masterpiece is Hunter x hunter

There were a lot of good arcs you missed, you should check out for example the Kaguya-sama arc "Dual Confessions, which has an average of 9.6, almost at the top of this list.

I've already told you that imdb is not a site to trust in terms of objectivity. Also, it has very few ratings compared to my anime list and anilist.
AoT is most anime on demand. i can say this anime is best so far compare to anime i watch , jjk,op,dbz, vindlandsaga,bleach and demon slayer.

I believe the Everlasting Contract Arc from Re; Zero is amazing, with the character growth Subaru undergoes learing to not take his life for granted & that his friends love & care for him was beautiful to watch. With the amazing amount of worldbuilding, Emilia's backstory, the introduction of Echidna & the other witches. I'm defiently excited to see Arc 5, 6 being adapted in Season 3.
Can't wait for Corridor of Memories(Arc 6) adaptation, I have high hopes it would be good
