HUD has very strict rules that must be observed.
Is Section 8 the same in every state?
Applicants may apply for a Section 8 housing voucher at any county or city housing authority office in their state, although rules vary according to each authority.

To clarify Pronk rented 1 bdr with Al in the main house and then rented the studio to al when Pronk moved to phils, but still illigale to rent. There is exception to rent to famiy for medical reasons, if Al was invalid or needed 24/7 care. BUT BUT owner can not live on the premises. In messenger to me Pronk claimed he could because he was a "caretaker" LMFAO. Caretaker in Phils taking care of brother in Hi ?????
