Очень удобный инструмент. Очень хорошо подгонять карты по нему. Просто делаешь слой с первой картой полупрозрачной, наводишь точку на город, потом наводишь первую карту на вторую и выравниваешь по этому городу. За тем увеличиваешь, или уменьшаешь.
